Products: All items are made-to-order for customers of Rtist by our fulfillment partner Printful. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from the product images shown.

Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is not charged under the Finnish small business exemption law.

Shipping: Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Returns: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at info@shoprtist.com for a replacement or refund. Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages such as delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or customs fees.

Privacy: Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Law: These terms are governed by Finnish law.
